$5 Signup Offer Promotion Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the "$5 Signup Offer” Promotion (Promotion).
In these Terms, Supergenerous means Supergenerous Limited (Supergenerous), at times referred to as "we" or "us".
This Promotion is only available to Tax residents of New Zealand aged at least 18 years.
The Promotion commences 12:00am Tuesday 1 March 2022 and ends at 11:59PM Thursday 31 March 2022 (Promotion Period).
To activate the Promotion, You must sign up as a new customer (Customer) of Supergenerous using the relevant Promotion code from one of our partner charitable organisations (Partner). We then need to receive at least one or more valid donation receipts from a Charity Partner in the name of the Customer and claim a donation tax rebate of at least $50 in total.
The sum of the Promotion amount will be paid out to each Partner at the end of the Promotion Period. Once the total Promotion cost reaches $5,000, the Promotion will end, regardless of whether the Promotion Period has ended. Supergenerous employees and employees of our Partners are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
Information on how to enter the Promotion, including any instructions in Supergenerous advertisements, printed material, social media or websites will form part of the terms and conditions for the Promotion. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information in any advertisements, printed material or websites, these Terms will prevail.
We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse and/or revoke the Promotion where we consider that these Terms have not been complied with. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.
Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Supergenerous will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability suffered by any person in any way associated with the Promotion.
All decisions made by Supergenerous are final with respect to all matters relating to any Promotion and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, then you must not use the Promotion code when signing up as a Supergenerous Customer.
This Promotion is bound by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
